MY LOGIN INFO
Q: I forgot my Login Info. Can you Send it to me? A: On the login page click Forgot Login Info, enter your email and we will send you your username and password.
Q: I am having trouble logging in, what is happening? A: If you are having trouble logging in more then likely your browser cookies are not set correctly or have been disabled. If you are unlcear on how to enable them, try using another browser. You may even want to make sure you have downloaded the latest version.
Q: How do I change my password? A: Log in and go to your MY ACCOUNT page, click PREFERENCES and follow the instructions where indicated.
Q: How do I change my username? A: Your username cannot be changed. You can however delete your account and create a brand new one. Log in and go to your MY ACCOUNT page, click PREFERENCES and click DELETE ACCOUNT. Once you delete your account it will be unrecoverable.
Q: Can I change my account email address? A: Log in and go to your MY ACCOUNT page, click PREFERENCES and make the change under EMAIL SETTINGS. When you are all set click SAVE SETTINGS.
MY PROFILE
Q: How do I create a Profile? A: Click Join Us Now - FREE! Creating and posting a profile is effortless and will only take a few minutes. Our step-by-step questionaire will guide you through the setup and you will be able to describe your interests and lifestyle so that you can be found easily by the guys you are looking for.
Q: How long will it take for my profile to get approved? A: Your profile will show up immediately. Photos are generally approved within 24 hours. Thank you in advance for your patience. Additional delays, if any, are rare and unexpected. We take great care to make sure each profile complies with our site rules and agreements. No need to email our support team to ask them when your profile will be approved.
Q: How do I update my profile? A: Log in and go to your MY ACCOUNT page and click EDIT PROFILE. You can make changes in either the PHOTOS/INTO/ETC tab or in the PHISIQUE/STATUS tab. Make your changes and click SAVE SETTINGS at the bottom of the page.
Q: Can I change my Home location (City, Neighborhood, Zipcode, etc.)? A: Yes. Log in and go to your MY ACCOUNT page and click LOCATION in the submenu. Next to the MY LOCATION, click UPDATE. You will see your current location highlighted. Select your new location and click SAVE SETTINGS. Enter your new zipcode as well. (This is used for users searching by a specific number of miles within a zipcode)
Q: How do I post my travel itinerary on the Visitors page? A: To make sure your profile shows up on the Visitor page in another city, log in and go to your MY ACCOUNT page and click into TRAVELING. Select the country, state, city and travel dates and click SAVE SETTINGS. You can delete your itinerary on this same page by clicking on the red box next to your recorded travel plans. If you need to edit or update your itinerary you will need to delete the old one and post a new one.
Q: How do I delete my account? A: Login and go to your MY ACCOUNT page and click into PREFERENCES then click DELETE ACCOUNT. Once you delete your account it will be unrecoverable.
Q: How do I recover a deleted account, photo's or emails? A: You cannot retrieve deleted information. Anything that you have deleted has also been deleted from our system and is in no way recoverable.
Q: How can I browse the profiles of guys from other countries/states/cities? A: Login and click ONLINE, then click the CHANGE VIEW button. You will see your current view highlighted. Select the Country you want to view from the drop down box and click SELECT. Then Select the state you want to view from the drop down box and click SELECT. Then select the city you want to view. This will not change your HOME location, just your current view.
Q: How do I find out which guys I have a match with? A: Clicking FAVORITES on the main menu will show all those you have added to your favorites list. Those members who have also added you to their Favorites are displayed with a bold red border.
MY PHOTOS
Q: How do I post new photos? A: Log in and go to your MY ACCOUNT page, click the PHOTOS/INTO/ETC button. Click the BROWSE button and select which photo you would like to upload. Click ADD PHOTO once selected. (Be sure it meets file format and size requirements)
Q: Phots are too large. What do I do? A: Max size for photos is currently set at 1mb. Lower your camera size and/or quality settings to lower your file sizes or use any number of free image editors that can be found on DOWNLOAD.COM to resize your photos. If you will be resizing/editing them inside a program, be sure to also lower the resolution to 72dpi - This will help lower file size while leaving visible quality unharmed.

Q: How can I make my photo private and only available to users of my choice? A: Log in and go to your MY ACCOUNT page and click the PHOTOS/INTO/ETC button. Clicking on the radio dial next to PRIVATE or PUBLIC will make the photo directly above it just that. To unlock your photos for another user click on thier profile and underneath their main photo you will see a padlock icon. If it is unlocked and green, clicking on it will unlock your photo. If it is locked and red, clicking on it will lock (relock) your private photos.

Profiles or Emails which advertise or are placed for the purpose of soliciting other members for an event, organization, club, bar, or business, product or service.
Photos or profiles that depict underage children, any illegal activity.
Photos or profiles that do not correctly and authentically portay and describe you. Photos that are of someone else's face or body that you are claiming to be yours.
Photos with that display: web addresses, telephone numbers or any other text except for your name/username/email and date. We reserve the right to edit, remove or manipulate photos to alter any prohibited text.
Profiles that publish contact information such as a: website address, street address or phone number(s).
Corrupted photos, or photos that are too large, or that do not match your profile description or are not of your own body or own face.
Photos that display less than 4 square inches of your face or body.
Photos that represent more than one person, the only exception to this is where the profile has been created for use by a couple and said couple is accurately portrayed in your profile's text.
Profiles whose photos and/or text indicate that the member has an intention other than to meet other members.
We reserve the right to delete members who attempt to amend their 'regular' profile to solicit or advertise services or who request money from other members for services. Sending emails for an event, organization, club, bar, or business, product or service is PROHIBITED on the 'profile side" our site.
